I discovered GoOut2Eat.com through a direct marketing mail campaign and am glad I did! They offer coupons that you can text (or print) to yourself to receive discounts at participating restaurants in the Washington D.C. area.
Their site tends to be a little behind on participating restaurants, I have found. But even when a restaurant is no longer participating I have had them still honor the GoOut2Eat.com coupons.
They are currently offering a drawing for a $50 gift card to a local restaurant in their network
